2003 Farm Sampling:


We're working closely with George Hamilton, UNHCE Hillsborough Co. Extension Educator, in order to sample NH vegetable growers and assess the carotenoid status of such crops as kale, spinach, broccoli, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, peas, carrots, summer squash, and sweet corn.

George will also play an essential role in delivering research information on cultural practices and cultivar selection for optimum carotenoid production to NH farmers.
