Dr. Randle and his laboratory staff are helping us to assess the impact of sulfur fertility on the cysteine sulfoxide flavor compounds in kale to decrease flavor intensity, making kale more palatable.

Dr. Carl Sams,
Plant Sciences Dept., Universiy of Tennessee-Knoxville, TN
Dr. Sams and his laboratory staff are helping us to assess the impact of sulfur fertility on the glucosinolate flavor compounds in kale, which also impact bitterness and flavor intensity.
