Collaborative research between Plant Biology and Animal and Nutritional Sciences

Outreach Activities:

Outreach is a very important part of our project. We are working closely with the University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension (UNHCE) in order to sample NH vegetable growers and assess the carotenoid status of their crops.

We are also cooperating with UNHCE to deliver our research information on cultural practices and cultivar selection for optimum carotenoid production to NH farmers.
